Hey! I’m Jay Tulloch –

Currently Director of Digital Customer Experience (UX:UI:Research), looking after several brands at Seera Group, the largest consumer travel company in the Middle East and North Africa.

Before joining Seera Group, I was Head of UX & Design at Metro Bank – the first UK challenger bank, UX Design Lead at Momondo Group,  and I also worked at Sopra-Steria designing user experiences for the biggest digital transformation projects in the UK, fully utilising skills from my background in Product Design Engineering and specialism in Design for Human Factors at Brunel University.

I have 6 years of user centred product design education, starting out studying Product Design at Sixth Form, where I set up my own freelance web design business, before continuing my passion for Product Design, and specialising in Design for Human Factors at Brunel University, London.


What’s never changed throughout my career is my deep understanding of how important people are to the design process, and the importance of humility to adapt designs to meet their ever-changing needs.


I am always seeking to expand my knowledge of the world and design through actively travelling the Globe, reading, writing and listening to diverse content. Experiencing and learning from other cultures to my own, as well as giving back to the design community by attending and speaking at design events.
