Hello, I’m Jay Tulloch



Currently Director of Digital Customer Experience Design for Seera Group, looking after the largest consumer travel brands in the Middle-east and North Africa.



Experience

Before joining Seera Group, I was Head of UX & Design at Metro Bank – the first UK challenger bank, UX Design Lead at European travel innovator Momondo Group, and I also worked at Sopra-Steria designing user experiences for the biggest digital transformation projects in the UK and Europe.



Education

Classically trained in user centred design for the creation of physical and digital products through studying a Product Design BSc at Brunel University, combined with a business focused Masters Degree from Cranfield University – for outstanding strategic design driven business results.



Giving back

Public speaking provides the ideal platform to share successes and lessons learned. Helping others who are facing similar design challenges and providing them with the knowledge and skills required for a fruitful design career. I am always seeking opportunities to learn from and teach others.
